RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not up to your expectations. In case you are not satisfied with your puchase, we would be happy to exchange or return all items provided the following conditions are met :
- All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact
- Originals receipts are included
- All items have been purchased originally from Toffeeandcandy.com
- Request for return or exchange has been made within 10 days of product delivery date
If any of the above conditions are not met, we regret to inform that we will be unable to process any claims for exchange or return regardless of the items being mailed back to us.
All item(s) are neither exchangeable nor returnable if above terms and conditions are not met.
OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. All items can be returned or exchanged only once.
2. We reserve the right to disqualify your eligibility for free returns if subsequent item(s) for return or exchange are of the same item(s) as previous order(s).
3. Our returns and exchange policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of the product.
4. Toffee and Candy makes no warranty with respect to any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality or compliance with description and fitness for a particular purpose.
5. All returns are governed by the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, 2019.
